This program is designed for couples who agree on almost everything but want to make sure that they haven’t missed anything. It is recommended for divorces which do not involve major issues or disagreements concerning division of assets and debts, payment of spousal and/or child support, and the co-parenting of minor children.

Everything can be done by email or telephone in only 3 steps:

(1)  Download and fill out our simplified Intake Form and Document Preparation Agreement so that you and your spouse can give us the information needed to help you prepare all of your Court documents and ensure you have everything else needed for you to file for your divorce accurately and quickly!

(2)  Complete the Questionnaire that we will email you that will guide you and your spouse through each and every legal, financial, support, parenting, and other issues involved in divorce.

(3) Review and file the Court Documents that are prepared from the answers you provided to our Questionnaire – so that you will have the peace of mind knowing that everything has been covered and you have the right forms when you file for your divorce!
